01 - 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz each)

02 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
03 - 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
04 - 3 tablespoons honey
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 garlic clove, minced
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the foil.

03 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

05 - Broil for 8 to 12 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, reaching an internal temperature of 145°F.
